TMR Terms

​

• All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit payable to TMR via bank transfer.

• If a deposit isn't received, your booking isn't confirmed.

• Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if 48 hours notice is given of cancellations.

• Payment is due immediately after handover of your vehicle.

• Every effort must be made to remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to work commencing.

• Our prices are a guideline, we reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, vomit, bodily matter or anything else that takes longer to rectify out of the timeframe.

• Our insurance dictates works must be carried out in suitable locations, this means car parks, or any location that is a risk to us personally.

• In the event of adverse weather (unsuitable for a gazebo) your deposit will be held until a rebook can be arranged.

• We require access to water and electricity supply at your chosen location to carry out any work.

• Travel is free for the first 30mins then chargeable at £12 an hour both ways.

Please take time to digest this important information, it will help ensure our mutual expectations are met and enable us to provide our service diligently.

Please be aware if any of the above terms are not adhered to, you will be liable to cover the full cost of the agreed booking.
