Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit, payable to TMR via bank transfer.

If a deposit isn’t received, your booking is not confirmed.

Deposits are non‑refundable but are transferable if at least 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellations.

Payment is due immediately after handover of your vehicle.

Every effort must be made to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to work commencing.

Our prices are a guideline. We reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, vomit, bodily matter or anything else that takes significantly longer than expected to rectify.

For insurance reasons, work must be carried out in suitable locations. We cannot work in car parks or at any location that poses a personal risk to us.

In the event of adverse weather (unsuitable for a gazebo), your deposit will be held and the appointment rebooked at the earliest available date.

We require access to water and electricity supply at your chosen location to carry out any work.

Travel is free for the first 30 minutes, then chargeable at £12 per hour (both ways).

Please be aware that if any of the above terms are not adhered to, you may be liable for the full cost of the agreed booking.
