Terms and Conditions

• All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit, payable to TMR via bank transfer.

• If a deposit isn’t received, your booking is not confirmed.

• Deposits are non‑refundable but are transferable if at least 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellations.

• Payment is due immediately after handover of your vehicle.

• Every effort must be made to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to work commencing.

• Our prices are a guideline. We reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, vomit, bodily matter or anything else that takes significantly longer than expected to rectify.

• For insurance reasons, work must be carried out in suitable locations. We cannot work in car parks or at any location that poses a personal risk to us.

• In the event of adverse weather (unsuitable for a gazebo), your deposit will be held and the appointment rebooked at the earliest available date.

• We require access to water and electricity supply at your chosen location to carry out any work.

• Travel is free for the first 30 minutes, then chargeable at £12 per hour (both ways).
